Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to receive a refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in these cases.
